Ms. Tiber joined the BTC in March 2004. She has over 12 years of event planning experience in a wide variety of arenas including investor relations and higher education. Having also majored in Human Development & Family Studies as an undergrad at the University of Vermont, BTC provides the perfect combination of Ms. Tiber’s interests with her professional experience.
As Project Director of Training, Ms. Tiber manages the professional development programs at BTC for individuals and organizations working with young children and their families. Within that role, she is responsible for coordinating all location logistics, scheduling trainers, overseeing the development and production of relevant training materials, and acting as the liaison between BTC and training participants. Ms. Tiber also serves as the Conference Director and is responsible for directing BTC’s annual conference attended by 150-200 early childhood professionals and pediatric providers.
