For the past seven and a half years, Terry Ann Lunt has served as the Executive Director of the Brazelton Touchpoints Center at Children’s Hospital Boston, and for the past five years, as the managing director of the Brazelton Touchpoints Foundation, an operating foundation that supports the Center’s work. Prior to joining the center, Terry Ann was an investor and Vice President of a privately held, venture backed, nationwide company providing customized eldercare alternatives. A seasoned chief executive and management consultant, Terry Ann has managed complex organizations and initiatives for over 30 years, specializing in strategic leadership interventions for organizations in transition in health care, public health and human services.

Terry Ann’s professional experience began in state government, where she served as the first Human Rights Commissioner for the State of Maine at the age of 25. Her passion for creating excellence in human services delivery led her to pursue leadership roles in non-profit organizations and state government, and then to Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, where she received her Masters in Public Administration. Subsequently, she held senior positions in municipal government and in the private sector. She has been the subject of a Kennedy School case study, a doctoral dissertation, and was a participant in the Kennedy School’s “Going to Scale” project, a multi-year analysis of the state of non-profit management in this country. She is included in the book published about the project’s findings: High Performance Nonprofit Organizations- Managing Upstream for Greater Impact, Letts et al.
