Family Connections is a program of Children’s Hospital Boston. The Family Connections project was launched in 2003 to support early childhood programs in their mental health outreach to families facing adversities, particularly parental depression. Recently, Brazelton Touchpoints Center® partnered with Family Connections to offer early education programs a blended model of interventions that uses both Family Connections and Brazelton Touchpoints models to enhance development, parenting, mental health support, and relationship building.
