Faculty, staff, and National Facilitators at the Brazelton Touchpoints Center represent a multi-disciplinary team of change agents, early child development educators, psychologists, pediatricians, pediatric nurse practitioners, and other early child development and behavior experts, professional development trainers, project directors, program evaluators, statisticians, community engagement professionals, and more. Similarly, our Touchpoints Training sites hail from 33 states and over 100 communities, from urban to rural, and everything in between.

Mai Nguyen-Kim

Ms. Nguyen-Kim joined the Brazelton Touchpoints Center (BTC) in 2012 from a position in the Department of Otolaryngology and Communication Enhancement at Boston Children’s Hospital. In her current role as Senior Program Coordinator, she has managed logistics for over 465 BTC and Brazelton Institute professional development offerings and several National Forums. She serves as a liaison and maintains communication between partners and the facilitation team.

In collaboration with the Director of the National Facilitation Team, she provides logistical support for professional development offerings. With the Director of Partnership and Professional Development, she manages the delivery of the Brazelton Learning Network member benefits and services, including onboarding new members, site mentor coordination, facilitation certification maintenance, network communication.
