Supporting Everyone's Mental HealthAs we confront the dual crises of COVID-19 and systemic racism, we are all experiencing stressful and unfamiliar situations on a daily basis. As early care professionals working with families, we need to care for our own mental health and the mental health of our families. This webinar series will offer family-facing providers strategies they can use in their work that honor everyone’s experiences, build resilience, and nurture self-care.
