Special Opportunity! Touchpoints Professional Development Program Offered in Conjunction with NAPNAP Conference

The Brazelton Touchpoints Center (BTC) and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) are pleased to offer the Brazelton Touchpoints Professional Development Program in conjunction with the NAPNAP Annual Conference, taking place at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA on March 11-14, 2014.

The Touchpoints Individual Level Training Program is a special two-day professional development workshop followed by six one-hour case-based sessions over a six-month period. This program is for nurses interested in incorporating the Touchpoints Practice Model philosophy and strategies into their individual practice with families. Participants will learn the key concepts of the Touchpoints Practice Model of Child and Family Development, as well as its Relational Framework of collaborating with parents.

Training will be led by Touchpoints faculty Ann C. Stadtler, DNP, RN, CPNP, Director, Site Development & Training, Brazelton Touchpoints Center.

Thursday, March 13         8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, March 14              8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Followed by six case-based teleconferences over the following three to six months.

Earn 21.0 contact hours upon completion of the series. 

Registration Fees
NAPNAP member: $600, Nonmember: $650. A student rate is not available for this course. Registration fee includes beverage breaks; lunch is on your own. If registrants are interested in attending the annual conference on Tuesday and Wednesday and the Brazelton Touchpoints Professional Development Program on Thursday and Friday, a bundled registration is available: NAPNAP member: $800, Nonmember: $850.
