Bio:

Joelfré Grant, a descendant of the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes, is the Project Director for the Tribal Initiative and Program Manager of the Indigenous Early Learning Collaborative at the Brazelton Touchpoints Center. Mr. Grant joined BTC in 2014, bringing experience in Head Start, family engagement, and higher education.

At BTC, Joelfré supports the IELC partner sites in their community-based inquiry projects and Touchpoints professional development. He also facilitates professional development offerings and joins with the Research & Evaluation team in strategic planning and evaluation for several tribal grantees. Joelfré was instrumental in migrating the in-person training to a virtual format.

Mr. Grant believes in lifelong learning, and is particularly interested in cultural humility and social justice in learning and development. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and collecting memories with many photos of these adventures. Mr. Grant is currently pursuing a PhD in Ethical & Creative Leadership.
